I'm coffee canning the gas money right now. If I go, I definitely want to camp and wheel on Sunday. Also, not sure of the head count (wife and kids).

Side note - I changed out my tranny and t-case oil. And I have a nasty rear t-case seal leak. I'll be trying to bandaid that up before Sat...
Bring the whole clan. Pretty sure my wife will be there. Should know for sure tomorrow night. Are you camping 1 night or two? Try a Chicago Rawhide Speedy Sleeve for that rear output. Somebody on the 60's board should be able to pop up with the number for you. John

An old mechanic's trick for that is to add a teaspoonful of clean brake fluid and run it.
It won't damage anything, but it will swell up the seals. It's usually used to put off an inevitable rebuild.
I did this to my 80's engine last year to try and put off the valve seal job. My leak hasn't gotten any worse. :hillbilly:

On the list. Thanks fellas! I can't justify rebuilding the case right before the tear down for the V8 install...

Back to the original thread...I'll try to encourage the fam to come with.

I think that this has been gleaned from previous threads and posts, but I am now 100% OUT for this event. Too much stuff to do at home and too little time to get it done. Sorry fellas.

Yes, it's about time to plan meets for the caravans and stuff.

Yep, unfortunately I got the latest bug, so way behind on everything. Going to need some help with the raffle and food, if you can help out, PM or call.

Howdy! Count me in for two. I am more than 90% for sure, and Michelle is about 50%+ right now. We are dealing with taking care of her mother, back in Illinois. She had a heart attack on Sunday, but she is recovering nicely. Hopefully, neither of us will have to make an emergency trip back, but it is possible. We are still planning on going up Friday afternoon. John

I'm still going up Sat am. I'll be flying solo, though.
I'm still 50/50 on whether I'm camping/wheeling or not. There's still stuff to be moved @ Heather's old apartment and I may be begged and pleaded with to play moving van again.
IH8Moving. And IReallyH8MovingOtherPeople.

In.

I'm out for Saturday - I have a 1:00 pm commitment in town. Might be able to meet Sunday for a little recreational wheeling.
