It's got a pretty big muffler, so this thing is QUIET at idle and cruising. Other than the missing 3FE rattle, you'd never know...

The interior remains stock and the gear selection lines up nicely:

That's between you and him... you should fight it out in the parking lot. But please let me know before you do it so I can take the day off to come down and watch.

Is that like Fight Club?

...getting a little more utility out of a really nice M1101. We'll be adding a spare tire carrier and rotopax mount.

...adding some structure to keep the vibration down.

The idea with the hoop on the bottom is so that you can roll the heavy spare on/off of it.

Cool trailer, I've always wanted to see one of these decked out for camping. Looks crazy heavy though, how does it tow?

I haven't personally towed this trailer, but it's made of aluminum and only about 1,500lbs. I'm not a trailer-ologist, but I think the older steel ones of a similar size are more than 1,000lbs heavier. The weight isn't as big of a factor with this trailer, but it is still VERY wide. For the money, I think it's a good option and a handy piece of kit.

I think you are wrong there, the older steel ones are much smaller and lighter duty, smaller axles, and no brakes i think. These have the hydraulic surge brake setup which is very heavy from what I've read. Also these are very wide, with heavy duty axles. The aluminum body makes it bearable but I think the rest of the steel construction cancels out any weight saving benefits of the aluminum. But I'm no trailer-ologist either....lol

Either way, that's pretty cool, blaze orange is a little much, but the design is nice, good work as always. Any shots of the inside?

...a little 100 series rust repair. The sway bar bracket on the front passenger side had actually broken away from the frame.

...no tools required...just pull to remove sway bar...
