I have a transmission from an 96 LX450 that needs to go. It has 189K on it but I do not know the history other than it hasn’t been used since 2012. Truck blew a head gasket and never drove again. Pulling it from the frame this week and will put it on a pallet. It will live on the back of my truck for a week or two. If no takers it goes to the scrapper.

1988 LC 62, 199,000 mi, very clean frame, bit of rust on body from crappy repaint, no leaks at all, great dash, new radiator, new fuel pump w/ system flushed, trans rebuilt, lots of receipts....All recent work done at Landcruiser Specialist. I am going to post here first then move it to the normal classified section next week. Please let me know if you are interested, $12,000 obo. Let's talk.

How's the tranny on that 62?
strong, rebuilt at 105k, Have receipt plus many more.

Free! Third row seats out of my 80 for anyone in need. The seats are in very good condition.
I'm in the same boat and have the same color seats out of my 80 too. I'm moving in the Spring, so they will be on the curb for bulky trash unless someone wants them. Sorry for the hijack, but just remembered they are up in my attic!
I'm pretty sure we could make a nice garage lounge out of all the 3rd row seats we all have. I have given one set away and still have another. I thought it was a miracle that I was able to give one set away.

@Mr Cimarron does Tucker's fairlead fit your Shortbus bumper? You might increase your approach angle by ditching your old one

I hate the way my KO2s ride on my 200.. and would be open to trading for some high-quality stock 200-series tires. Specifically P-metric 285/60/18s
these are approx 1" taller than stock at 285/65/18 KO2.. zero rubbing on a 2013 200 at stock rear height and the 10mm spacer up front. about 12k miles on them, five, even wear (five-tire rotations every 5k), road force balanced, no wobbles or anything. It's just that they are e-rated requiring higher pressure and heavy, and I don't do enough off-road stuff to justify the drop in power, efficiency, or compliance for most of my driving.
