Agreed. I’m going to go look at it this week. Also, i have a friend at the MVD and will pick his brain on how difficult it would be to get a title.
Don't know the policy in New Mexico. In Utah you have to get a bond. If the title is lost, you can apply for a duplicate title.
I talked to my MVD friend, he said the bond is usually $50 per 1000 of vehicle book value. He said he would help me with the process if I end up getting a vehicle without a title.

Pretty sure I can just wrap these in a sheet of paper, put them in an envelope, and stick a stamp on them. Not worth the effort to charge for shipping.
My stamps all say forever anyway, so unless you can promise me forever I don't want anything.
