As much as I hate to see your bad ass Cruiser go I am happy for you. Congrats Dave.

Thanks Mo, i appreciate the kind words and understanding.
Mark, Guy off the portal that i've been working with for months now.
Thanks for the congrats also. We should be really happy doing what
we already do but in a bit more comfort and a faster highway speed.

Not to mention Yosh won't get woken up every morning when everyone
huddles around the coffee maker in the morning. We were getting ready
to call the trailer the camp Starbucks!

Just read on ExPo who it ended up with. Looks like it will be used as you built it for. It should be happy in a new surrounding - plenty of trees as a change of scene - ehhh just my kind of environment.

Congrats Dave - Now I have to get use to following a van when I do show up on your jaunts! :hillbilly:

Sad to see the rig go. Congrats on the new. Will you be sticking around So Cal 80s as a moderator? or will you be banned?.....lol

I'll be checking in daily just like before. I can mod... im on the computer all day anyways. I will still go out on runs and invite you guys on runs when we go just like before. Just with a bit larger/heavier vehicle is all! (if that was possible!)

I've made too many good friends here not to stay.

We should put together another meet and greet and i can supply the rolling lunch truck LOL

Dave,

I was grieving about seeing your 80 go and had this fond memory. Not that many were able to see it in stock form since that lasted about as long as sober highschooler on prom night. But I do remember a trip up to Big Bear while it was stock with its TOYO AT 32" tires. I remember that you and I had such a hard time keeping up with Brent and his heavy foot up the mountain:lol:. We ate breakfast at a little place in town. Little Scotty got to see some firetrucks ands flags and then have his picture taken on a stump. An Xterrible had to be strapped. Ok, so that is about all I remember of the rig stock. I am sure there are pics somewhere in this section but I gotta drop some tickets and make some people some money.

I was thinking more along the lines of an ice cream truck. Imagine the size of Fridge/Freezer you could put in that thing!!!! And a nice external speaker playing music, now that would be a new mod even for you! :hhmm:

That bad boy is big enough for a party inside, Dave has to stock it  then its on.

Since well all know you’re going have to mod it, might as well make it a monster VAN  My old VW would barely make freeway speeds wonder how it would do like this:
