Well, I have REALLY been looking forward to installing this 2F engine and 4 speed transmission and rebuilt transfer case (at least that's what the seller told me when I bought it) and RARE overdrive unit into my FJ40, but I think my wife may be right (don't tell her) and after all the surgery I've had, including multiple low back surgeries and both hips (many years ago) especially if caught in traffic the using the clutch and shifting gears might become too painful. So, I am selling the 2F drivetrain. It is a 1978 2F with electronic ignition that I was told was running when pulled out for a Chevy V8 swap, and a 4 speed transmission, and a rebuilt transfer case (at least that's what I was told by the seller when I bought it) and the super rare Overdrive unit. I had REALLY been looking forward to playing with that. The manual for the Overdrive unit says it will get you a 25% reduction in engine RPMs which would certainly help, A LOT! And, you can use the Overdrive with any gear, high and/or low. I am asking for exactly what I paid, $2,800 plus shipping. When I bought it, shipping we did from Indiana via Fastenal's "Blue Lane Freight" which ships pallet loads and it was a little over $200 to Central Florida.
