Just to clarify my above statements, we will not be wheeling at Jocasse rather on Alan's family private land on top of Ceasars head :D. We are still on for the ride!!!

if you have any questions let me know, I will post up later to day after I talk with Alan and give you guys the final details.

okay guys we will be meeting at the intersection of 178 and highway 11, this is just north of pickens SC, at 1130 am tomorrow and leaving from there to go over ceasars head

for those of you coming from greenville on highway 11 you could just stop the at the Pumpkintown Opry at the intersection of highway 8 and 11.

If you need and more details let me know

JP,

I'll be coming from the Brevard side of Ceasar's head. Do you have an address or itersection for Alan's family property so I can save the hour or so?

(I will try and bring my wife and daughter too)

You guys have fun. I'm headed out of town otherwise I'd love to be there. What made them try to do this on such short notice? Maybe they'll try again some other time.

Cool david, yes although the exact road that we will be taking is not marked it isn't far at all from Ceasars Head state Park. You could meet us there around or a little after noon.

Glad to see you will be coming and glad, you don't have to worry about losing your job :D, and this trail from what I understand is much more 100 series friend, all ALan warned about was over hanging ivy, but I will be bringing my tree loppers to clear any hanging branches/vines

if you have any questions just give me a call

they ended up having some freetime in their schedule, and had worked with us before thru the FJ unveiling and with the use of Gehn and Myself as support vehicles on the FJ's wheeling event in Bama............

they also will be at Tellico for GSMTR:grinpimp:

I'll see you there, rain or shine.

lets hope for some shine :grinpimp:........... I am going to be topless and windshieldless, I really don't want to drive in the rain with out a windshield:doh:

JP!

That's great. I will be parked near (depending on where I can find a safe pulloff) the entrance to Caesar's Head state park at 12 noon tomorrow. I will also have my FRS radio tuned to channel 11 just in case (channel 11 because that's where Andy set it for me at Cullowee).

Yeah!!! This is going to be fun! The wife is even excited about this!

we should be swinging thru there around 11:45........ and we probaly won't make it to the top of Ceasar head to meet David until more around 12:15

FJCs sighted!

Just minutes ago I spotted two FJCs tooling down
#11 heading to Ceasar's Head. We passed at Big Shirley's
just before the re-cycle center, above Aunt Sue's. I was in route to the
center with the remains and stuff from the kitchen
floor job. I franticly waived with my arm out the window.
No response. I'm sure they saw me with old beat up Elvis and
it's Pumpkintown front plate. Heck I had a Boykin Spaniel hanging
it's head out the passenger side. LOL..... I wasn't in a
Cruiser. I now know how the "cruiserless challenged" of
this world feel. :grinpimp:
Man, they sure are going to have fun today. Lots of good omens...
Ohm....cruiser,cruiser,cruiser....Ohm

back to the chores. :bounce:

We have returned. Alan has been holding out some good trails on us back there that need future exploration. We wheeled the FJ I personally gave the yellow one hell. I've got lots of pictures to post up later on so you can see the carnage of Jeff rolling it, JP working on the ground under the cruiser in the mud, and of course free FJ Cruiser stuff.
