Did you guys get shackles with the lift kit? In the last picture it looks like a new spring and an old shackle. I am almost sure that OME recommends that you at least use their anti shackle inversion kit if you want to use the stock shackles. Either way we always replace shackles w/ OME springs.

Oh and you will want to grab some longer sway bar end links (Auto Zone carries the energy suspension links) that will work for the front but the rears will need to be cut, sleeved and welded.

Michael,
To my knowledge, we did not get shackles with the springs. Maybe someone else can comment.
I will have to check out autozone sway bar end links see what we can do.

They were on the list of needed parts. I thought that they were one of the things that were going to be purchased. You really should put new shackles on with those springs, I agree with Michael.

If someone has them I will be happy to install. Getting parts in hasn't been the easiest task these days. The front springs that we ordered and waited on for 4 weeks were shipped incorrectly and were the wrong spring upon delivery. 4wp has been great but as of right now I still need few things from them to complete the suspension. shackles were on the list but a no show to date.

Work day this weekend- Nov. 7th at the usual place. offroad Outfitters in Dawsonville.

On the list will be sliders and (HOPEFULLY) front Springs

Ted,
Planned working times?

Also, I installed front & rear anti-inversion shackles on the BJ last Sunday. They were stock length shackles and I got the set from SOR (to the house for ~$210 in about 5 days from placing order). It is an option if you need to turn it around pronto.
