FJ62 Fuel pressure hoses?

I seem to recall fuel rail and filter banjos are different. While the filter banjos seem to be consistant across trucks, the rail banjos are several different sizes.
Yeah. I didn't mean to say they were the same across different engines, just for the 3FE IIRC.

Bump, anyone have any FJ62 hoses they can send me? I’d like to get moving on this project again

No luck having hoses custom made to stock specs with the appropriate fittings huh?

Dorman is willing to help but I need a complete set to send them. One look at FJ62’s on BAT and they understood why it’s an issue

Reviving this tread to see if anyone has found an alternative FUEL Pump Tube (23091-61010).
I am currently trying to disconnect this tube as the last step prior to dropping the tank.
My DD 'Cruiser has been down for 2wks trying to remove the tank to access the pump.
The joints will not move even after a week of soaking with penetrating oil.
I was about to sacrifice the nuts on the tube until I checked for a replacement and found there isn't one.

Cut the rubber hose, use a small impact wrench on the hose fittings with a FLARE WRENCH on the tube nuts. I have AN adapters in stock and can make you a replacement pressure hose

How much $$ and how long to ship?
I have one last chance to open the joint with some new proper flare wrenches, then I have to decide how much it's going to cost to make the cut.
The wife may start thinking about where/what to cut if I don't quit driving her 4runner all the time.

About $50 with shipping. Can ship same day.

Well it took longer than planned but the tank is out. I did have to cut the fuel pump tube. There was just no way to get the nuts to move. I used a drimel to cut the 19mm nut on the tube side of the joint and had to use a nut splitter to actually get the joint to separate.

I was very happy to find the tank and pump to be quite clean.

They're kinda pricy, but I've been wanting to try 23091-12020, 23091-35020 or 23091-35060 as potential OEM replacements for that hose.

These are very interesting.
Any idea if these have the same threading as the 'Cruiser pump assembly?

Just want to update this thread about an OEM Fuel Tube that works on the 'Cruiser.
TUBE SUB-ASSY, FUEL 23091-75020
It's a little longer than necessary but works well.

Absolutely!!
I wanted to thank you for finding the replacement tube.
The only issue I ran into was that the tube would still spin at the joint when the connection was tightened. Made it a little confusing when trying to check if the joint was sealed.
Tightened the nuts till they stopped turning and then a little more.
No leaks after driving 45min on the highway.

I'm curious if you ran into any issues with getting Code 25/26 (rich / lean air fuel mix). After installing a new fuel pump and seeing leaks on the older hose which was held together with clamps, I went ahead with 23091-75020. As posted here, it fits and no longer leaks but is longer resulting in a potential bend or kink.

I'm wondering if that's what is popping up my check engine light. Bouncing between here and this thread: Check engine code 25,26 (lean & rich) - 88 FJ62 - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/check-engine-code-25-26-lean-rich-88-fj62.1327818/

Unlikely. However there are a few things you could do to have an actual diagnostic instead of just guessing.
1. Have you put an actual fuel pressure test gauge on your system? Ideally while driving so you can see fuel pressure under load conditions?
2. Have you tested your exhaust composition with a AFR gauge to see what it is actually running at? Again, ideally while driving and under multiple conditions.

With a 25/26 code, doing anything other than checking with a AFR gauge to see what the actual running condition is, is simply guessing.
