This is the nut I would start loosening.

Continue to soak it, and perhaps gently warm it (quickly and only a little bit, so you don't transfer heat to the rubber line). You could use an oxy/acet. torch for this, or perhaps propane. The heat will expand the nut and help the PB Blaster get in the threads. When you try to loosen it, use a metric line wrench on the hex fitting (not an open-end) and a tightly-adjusted Crescent (adjustable) wrench on the 45 degree angle fitting. That area is fragile, so go slowly/carefully.

Thanks for the reply! I will try some heat later today. And yes the area is fragile. I started to bend the radiator outlet connection to the 45 angle fitting.
