Hello everybody! I found some time lately to build a rear bumper for my FJ 60, and along the process I somehow ended up building three of them that are all a little different from each other, until I settled on the black one at the bottom.

They are made from formed steel .188 thick for the center section and .135 thick for the outer sections, Some .188 and .250 for the brackets and 3/4" stock for the shackle mounts and a 2" receiver. They are a full bolt on, using the 12 stock mounting points with no drilling or cutting required.

I've been trying to figure how I would do my own "stock" bumpers. Very close to this, I'd imagine. Looks great

did you cut the rear crossmember?

Mad skiils YO!

Great work, these are awesome, subtle and solid bumpers that do not mess the stock look at all. I'm loving them bumpers as well!!

Great stuff!

DECENT
