FJ60 rear brakes on mini truck axles

Does anyone know if FJ60 rear drum brakes will bolt to mini truck rear axles? I've got to solve a problem on my FJ55. Thanks

I dont know. But I would start by measuring the spread across the 4 bolts. then the diameter of the axle tube. I think thats where I would start.

Nope. No way. Cruiser SF rear axles are very different. They use a C-clip design where the rear bearing is pressed into the axle housing.

FJ 60 brakes

Basically, we welded 60 flanges on a 55 axle with a centered diff. There are problems, so I may go with Proffitt's centered axle which uses a 40/60 center with mini truck tubes and axle shafts. I'm just trying to figure out if the brake stuff I have will work if I have to go that route or if I'll use mini truck brakes. Thanks for the answers.
