nice lower shock mount :P

heheheh, Mace beat me to it... thanks for the pics. Maybe a shot straight on would help? What kind of springs are those?

I've got to redo my exhaust now too. After the springs settled my front driveline is getting to the crossover from the passenger to the driver side. I need to tuck mine higher into the oil pan. It'll only the the billionth time I've redone it. I've gotta pass deq in a couple months and I have to put the cat back on after it mysteriously fell off one day. :)

Here's a few pics. it was difficult to get any better pics:frown:

the springs are fj62 springs with a few leaves added. This is the 4th set of springs on her since she was sprung over 7 years ago. It eats springs. These ones should hold up well.

Here's a pic of the stroker half installed for posterity. I REALLY need to clean up the engine bay. There are wires and hoses going EVERYWHERE!

bingo... those are exactly the pics I was lookin for. gracias. Dude if you think your bay looks bad, you should see mine. I need to do a motor swap so I'll be forced to clean it up.

Update... The engine is put together and fired over as soon I got the timing close. Its running very rich with the 75lb injectors, so I'll probably swap out to the stock 55lb until I can start tuning it. It sounds like a beast!

Couple of pics (its a shame to hide all the bling under a mass of wire loom and hoses):

I thought my wiring was bad ;)

Looks awesome amigo!!

Man... that would frustrate the heck outta me tracking down all the wires/lines/tubes. Glad to see with enough patience it can be done. Nice work. Now post some vid of the motor running. :)

Its alot easier than it looks.... If I had more patients and wanted to spend a bunch more $$ on it, I'd redo all of the wiring and hoses. With all of the accessories I have (OB York, A/c, ARB, Auto trans cooler, hot water shower, remote starter solenoid, etc.) it would be very dificult to make it look simple & uncluttered! (that & I'm too lazt to spend 2 or 3 solid day redoing everything)

It was far less dificult than putting a 2f back into a 60 with all of the smog crap! I did all of this by memory, whereas I don't think many guys could do that with the 2F smog lines.

Now I need to get my exhaust figured out. its probably going to be 2.5" from the headers to a 3" cat & flowmaster. I'm tempted to run dual 2.5's but that would take up alot of space.

I might just turn the block huggers over & go straight pipes thru the hood. My wife thinks it sounds pretty good with straight headers :D

How much Rich it's rich .. ? just to know what expect with 75lb injectors ..

Its probably in the 10:1 range if I had to guess. there is no black smoke but the hydrocarbons in the exhuast make it hard to breathe in my garage :D . The reason it runs so rich is that the compurer thinks it has 55lb injectors & is fueling accordingly. At 19psi the 75lb injectors are more like 95lb. As soon as I start tuning I can lean it out pretty easily. It will have a much more stable idle with the smaller injectors at higher psi since it will atomize better. I may stick with the stock injectors at 35psi to make them 95lbs +/-

Tuning should be fun!

Thanks Sixty .. damn pretty much .. I was expecting 11.5 or so .. but 10:1

10.1:1 is just a guess... There is no fuel dripping from the headers but the smell is real strong. I haven't looked at any plugs yet.
