FJ55 Bible

Does anyone know where to find an FJ55 Bible on the internet? A site where you can find information such as what colors were available each year, differences between one year's model and the next, transmissions for each year, etc. If it doesn't exist, perhaps we could start one here.

Watch out.......you're in the Bible right now. You will find loads of quality FJ55/Iron Pig info right here. As for literature.....The Toyota FSM....the Haynes Manual etc. Just start using your search function and you'll realize your life is being spent in front of a comp screen.........but you will learn mas about the 55 here at Mud. Check out the FAQ section in the FJ40/55 Section too. Loads and I mean loads of info with some great wrenchers who know their stuff.

If you get stumped....just post up a thread. You'll find lots of friendly suggestions/guidance in this forum.

I would be interested in knowing what colors the FJ55 came with from the factory. If possible, even knowing which year had which colors.

I think this section of MUD is about the closest to a Pig Bible that exists.

I think SOR has a hardcover book for sale. It might have some good 55 info as well, but I think this is your best resource that I know of.

I would love to have production numbers by year, and how many of each color sold per year. It seems like the Nebula green 1974 Pig is very common...
