Registration of my FJ45 convertable LWB pick-up (CA tagged 03/65)

Just completed resto on this 66FJ45LV. It was a 2 year project that culminated in a 1500 mile trip, through 3 days of ridiculous early season snow storms, from Sandpoint, Idaho to Los Angeles, CA. More pics to follow. VIN is FJ4525453.

Bezel is round and gas tank is under the drivers seat. Is it really a 79 or is it earlier? Title says 79 but everyone says it has to have an earlier production date
