FJ45 LV Original Paint ID Help Needed

Restoring a 1965 FJ45 LV and tanking off doors shows the original color. I had thought the LV came in Capri Blue, But this looks more like Royal Blue?

Was Royal Blue an LV color? Seems darker than Capri

I thought it was horizontal blue / white, Seminole red / white, spring green / white, or the band aid color / white as the four color choices for US spec LV’s? But, maybe there was a river blue / white combo....

Those are not Toyota factory welds! Patch from previous repair? Never seen that color on an lv in 25 years!

Thanks for the input. All will be addressed. But clear that was not original. Thanks for the input. I’m going back with original colors for sure.

Tried to put in order ad more and of color mentioned and was getting error on mobile. Oh well doesn’t matter. I have sufficient info that the Blue was not original.

I came hear asking for expertise on color- I have two LVs that I plan to restore. One to keep and one to sell- if it works out. Last I checked that was not illegal or most mud members would be in jail. There will be several repairs on body work of course with any LV. I have nothing to hide and these type comments are not constructive. In fact are slams against members character- like what a troll would do.

Here is the picture that color. I still can’t get the other pic to post. I’m out of town and on my home pc. But it’s was of a color chart from another thread.

Hey Todd. That looks an awful lot like the blue that was on some of the early ‘70’s FJ55’s. Not sure of name. Similar to Sky Blue a FJ40 color it appears. Tom

I think it was a repair where they used that section cut out from a FJ55. Make sense now. Thanks. All fixed correctly now. Just had me thinking maybe this was original color- which I had not seen.
