I‘m looking for a rear bumper step for 74+ ( This style has the flanges facing out ) It needs to be straight but I‘m not looking for/needing perfection on this so some patina is OK.

That is the earlier flange-in style. Not what the OP is after, but a much sought-after piece. I’m sure your PM box will be busy shortly.
