Used rear heater ready for rebuild and installation. The switch works and was installed in my 40, was removed recently to free up dash space. The rear heater works but I believe there is a pin hole in the inlet. I don't drive the 40 that much in the winter and so far the front heater has been sufficient. $75 for MUD members plus $18.85 for USPS large flat rate box. $93.85 total.

Very pleased with your heater. I figured it would be in decent shape, but wow! It's perfect. I've about got it ready to install, going to spray the cover with a couple coats of OEM Metallic Silver and she'll be done.

Did you pressure test the heater core? I was worried about a possible pin hole leak.
