(1977 FJ40) Looking for the round rubber grommet that fits in the firewall below the steering column. Any tips or leads? I believe something goes/went thru it but not needed anymore.

under the column where it mounts to the firewall? or just under someplace ?

pics normally help as well.... so taking a stab at it... since its a 77... ebrake grommet (somewhat smaller) .... or grommets that the cowl vent drain go through? on the tranny hump really.... not the firewall

wiring harness hole?

where the clutch used to be... you have an automatic right?

Dont have a pic of it yet but will this evening. Believe the hole is round, a little below the column and to the right a bit. Yes, I have an AT so it could be from the clutch or clutch area.
