Finally some progress worth posting some pics. We may be in trouble for not spending enough time with our Valentine’s today, but we sure made some progress on the front suspension. After much head scratching and many questionswe ended up building a 3 link with a pan-hard bar.
We still have some boxing in to do and some cleanup on some things but made some major progress.
All of the pics are just past full bump. Ride height will be 3-4" higher with lots of droop

Next we get to work on the hydraulic ram for the steering and then the body goes on to work on the placement of the shocks.

We've made some head way. Devin's got the rear all done except for brake lines. Gears and ARB are in, brackets welded out, brakes brackets welded on, and calipers and shoes in place. I'll get some pics soon.

everything has been built heavy duty.
Even though is a 4Runner, it's going to be Heavy.
I am kind of giving up on my 40 again.
I was trying to have it ready for Hot Springs but like Bryan said
all the little details are taking a long time. I get to work on it every Saturday and I don't see it happening.
I want to take it slow and do it right.
I am trying to fix something then I realized that I need to replace something else in order to fix the first problem.
kind of 1 step forward and 2 backwards.
