Been trying to register and it finally went through. I'm on t4r.org but its a lot more active over here.

I've got a 2004 gx470 with 100k on it. It's got Icon extended 2.5 coilovers with total chaos uca up front with 2.5's out back too with icon\overland 3.5" springs. Has method racing NV with 35" toyo mt's and an ARB front bumper.

No way to post pics other than to email them to someone.

Just wanted to say hello and that I want in the wood grain warrior crew haha

Sounds like quite the rig, man. We definitely need to see pics somehow. Kevin of Southern Style Speed is only other guy I've seen running 35s. Most of us running 33s I think.

Not 100% done yet, waiting on funds to do rear links and possibly to new lower control arms up front. Also need lighting done too. If anyone can post pics for me I can email them

This is a sweet rig!

I need to finish trimming the actual fender where it attaches at the base of the firewall. It also rubs frame by the body mount if the wheels are turned in the right spot and the suspension compresses

Thank you! Not quite done with it but it seems like that's always the case. Would love to plan some meets this spring and summer with the pnw guys.

Welcome! That looks great!

Can you tell us what you had to do to get the ARB bumper mounted that tight against the body without any gaps?

I'm moving to the Seattle area in three weeks and plan to get a GX once we are settled. We need to develop a NW Woodgrain Warrior Crew (NWWGW)!

I am thinking I will go to 34x10.50R17 BFG AT K02 vs a full 35. I have 285s now and my sagging lift if rubbing. I am going Icon to fix that, but I think 34s with a narrow track width and less carcass weight will result in less doom crack sounds :P

Love the look of 35s though :( Will wait till the budget goes unlimited and SAS happens, then I will chop till 37s fit :P

The arb fit pretty damn close on its own. It runs against the hood right at the base where it latches. We had to cut the actual fenders underneath the flares to get it to fit. I took my time trimming the flares to make sure it looked as clean as possible.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Hopefully I will get a few more goodies here soon. Really wanting sliders but I've got kdss

Speaking of KDSS.......... Can I disconnect the huge front sway bar and run the total chaos lower control arms without the system freaking out? Really wanting those and that secondary shock set up :hmm:

@SouthernSS would be the one to ask ... maybe when we install the suspension for you we can do the sliders at the same time ;)
