From next venture motorsports...I wanted a bolt on solution with cat protection and these guys sure delivered...will paint them and mount them up next weekend....the cat protection is at the very least 3/8" steel...all laser cut and USA materials...$699 plus 42 shipping to Florida....

Yeah the whole set up is all about beef....the company communicated often and well and did everything to surpass my expectations...I know there is other tried and true options out there but after seeing these I knew they provided what I wanted and for a price I could justify in my head

The third out rigger is actually still bolted to the cat protection plate. It has 3 outriggers per side. I guess I should provide pictures of them mounted up to illustrate how it all goes together

Looks like a lot of metal for just 2 out riggers.

Not 100%, but looks like forward one is bolted 180* out in the cat pan - at least how Slee used the 4 captured nuts to a similar plate for theirs. ----Swung under for shipping, maybe....-----

Is that what's going on there OP?

Those look nice, someone really knows their plasma table.

Bad Ass!

Ah!, I see now. Missed that.

good price, but, on their website, they got 'em for $749.99 plus $196.52 for shipping to NC

Cat protection is an oxymoron when it comes to sliders. Manufactures should continue to charge the same, delete the 50lbs of low hanging metal, and send you a gift card to relocate your cats. A winning combo

I do like the bracing from the main runner to the outer tube, nice!

Awesome work on that slider... but I do agree with LandCruiserPhil

I have a hard time imagining what legal issues I might run into advertising that "you must remove federally required emissions equipment" with a set of rock sliders haha. I think a lot of people want to leave them as they are/intact. Wouldn't be too hard to build sliders for a non-US spec 80 series that lacks cats though.

No one said anything about "you must remove federally required emissions equipment" Relocation can be done in a legal and professional way. I see no reason why anyone that goes off road would not want them out of sight and out of the way. I just passed 4 years with my set up and pass emissions in the same state as you every time.:p

If you really want to split hairs, LCP... your setup shouldn't pass visual because there's only one cat. Either way though, I like how you've routed it. I was going to do what you did, but after I installed a 1" body lift, I'm seriously eyeballing just running it down the inside of the frame rail.

Dan- since I'm considering running my exhaust on the inside of the frame rail, how hard would it be for you to make me a set of sliders without the cat pan and instead just a straight arm like the other two on that side?

Not everyone wants to do that on their rig. But I do agree that moving the cat is a great idea. Although having a low hanging cat protection does seem to lessen the need for skid plate a little.

Although I am wondering why the TEQ plate is on the bottom of the tube and not on top where it could be used as step. Also that's a ALOT of steel on the cat protection, with enclosed design mud and debris might get trapped in there.
