Yes, I believe the PO (Rancher) had all the upgrades done years ago. With the hacking of the frame to mount the over-sized winch, I had to repair the front frame rails and weld in new box sections. I observed that the front most cross-member where the center arm bolts was the original style without the squared bump-out. The shop that had done all the work, must have added the shims between the center arm and the angled frame so that it would mount squarely like the newer 40/45's with the squared bump-out, The center arm is bolted on and not welded.Definitely not a stock center arm. I will try to take a better photo of the shim set-up tomorrow and post it.
