New Manafre shackle hangers done and the 4" HFS springs installed. Shackle angle is good.

Plenty of room for the 33" tires. Not sure if I will jump up to a 35" tire. I like the looks of the 33"s with that amount of lift.

Bought some good aftermarket greasable pins for the rear springs. The shoulders of the pins were a bit oversized necessitating a little sanding of the hanger hole to allow the pin shoulder to seat properly.

Yes, got to keep it local. I believe the windshield frame is period correct. The doors are not but I have always liked the newer style vs the wing vent door. I have several set of the old style doors that I have considered putting back on.

Marlin Crawler HD inner axle seals are a great replacement and improvement over the stock seals.

I usually use nearly all of a 4 lb tub of grease for a front axle rebuild.

When I lived on the East Coast, it was common to have these brake backing plates partially rusted away due to road salt. Out West, they are typically found to be in great shape.

Two of the pistons on one of the old calipers were partially stuck and moving grudgingly. New calipers to the rescue.

Time for new tie-rod ends. I like to use anti-seize on these when installing. Makes alignment adjustments a lot easier and future removal as well.
