Spressomon, I used bolt becuase I cant find the UHMW pad at the hardware store in time before going to our cabin this weekend. BTW, I almost cut up my wife's small white cutting board.

Grab a thick cutting board from walmart and use that for UHMW needs. It's awfully close, if not identical in material properties

After two trips to the High Seirra, I am happy with the result. The tire swing arm does rattled normally as expected but no longer "oscillation".
