I got 1/4s, rear wheel well, rear bed, rear seal, wheel well supports, floor patches

Can you buy frame pieces to replace rusted parts? My rear triangle gussets, that the shackle hangers are welded and riveted to are rusted through. Sweet build though.

SOR sells the rear gussets and hangers and you can find them on Ebay as well. The last time I looked SOR had no new stock on the rear gussets but had good used ones for like $29 ea. There are several vendors for the rear member corner supports just do a search.

preparing for the new sheet metal

After the softball games today i prepared the rear half tube for the new sheet metal. I am glad i have a plasma cutter. Since i don't have the new metal yet, i did not know how high i should cut the 1/4 off. I went ahead and removed the spot welds.

My daughter is 15 and has been watching for 3 years. A friend of hers spent the night last night and came into the garage and said, "that's a really cool Jeep." My daughter immediately told her without knowing I was there, "don't call it a Jeep or my dad will freak." I guess she's been watching and listening.

repairing the floor pans

The drivers side floor pan was worse than i thought. I ended up having to fabricate a new frame mount as well. While i was doing this my daughter was painting the gas tank and a few other pieces. Then she decided to shot bow. She is learn and getting better.
