OK everyone I do apologize but its going to be monday before I have any pictures & then probobly wednesday before we are taking orders. We made a few small last minute improvements to the bumpers design so it set up back a day or so.....

Still a bit behind, but doing good. More pictures to be posted soon. This is just a quick update photo that I snapped yesterday. Powder coating today, or tomarrow. More pictures to come soon...

any photos of the backside of the bumper?

Second to that request:cheers:

This is the only one that I have (other than CAD drawings) and it was taken mid assembly. The light ports/mounts werent in yet, and if you look close you can see one of the mistakes that had to be fixed, part of the reason why it took longer to get it done...

As soon as its back from powder coating I'll take more pictures of the back in detail.... unless you all want to look at CAD Drawings....

I'm not sure on how all that stuff works, import fee's, stuff like that. If all it cost is just standard shipping rates, give me a place to send it to and I'll give you the cost....

I appreciate that, i'm a bit uncertain about what front bumber i'm gonna go with at the moment, but i'll be sure to drop you a PM if i decide on your bumper.

IS the bumper tilted up in the front when looking at the side view. It does'nt seem mounted level....;p Is this just because it is not in its final resting place? I cant wait to see the powder coated final version!

To be honest with you I'm not sure. I know that picture was taken with only 2 or 3 bolts holding the whole bumper, but I think possibly that has more to do with the shape of the body. The bumper is flat across the top & the FJ has a slight smiley face going on so its possible that that is how it will sit. It looks a bit funny like that but the bumper being coated black will break that up, and if thats not enough we will add a gasket to the kit that fills the gap....

There is one thing we're going to test on monday having to do with body vs frame flex that will help us decide one last loose end we have relating directly to that & that is dependent on the amount of movent we end up with. I've had a few vehicles in the past that had so much flex in them that the stock plastic bumpers damaged the fenders & caused the paint to chip off. We dont won't that happening hear, so we hope that the gap your seeing builds in enough room for flex, without contacting the fenders. If so we have a contigancey plan.

......and if theres to much gap-age we've got a plan for that as well...
