I would offer BL kit/s in a 1/2" and 1" version (aluminum).

I already have the pucks drawn (easiest part) and just waiting on more input and my experience for install and instructions.

The 1/2" can re-use the stock bolts best I can tell, while not having much impact on bumper/slider aesthetics and the 1" would need radiator stretch brackets and longer bolts, not to mention custom bumpers/brackets and sliders to make the mod look perfect. Which I will make mods for my new bumpers and re-weld my sliders to match.

I am really looking forward to these BL kits.

Got my Method front hub caps milled out and installed and made some rear shock guard/skids too.

Several sets of the shock guards were cut today and are available for purchase now.

Installed the 1" BL and pulled the front cover to start building the new custom bumper. Sliders can now be finished as well. I sold my other set to another MUD member since I was adding a BL.

Made the radiator drop brackets and dropped the radiator as well and adjusted the steering shaft. All smooth and nothing hits anywhere now.

Front is all tacked up. Complete 1/4" and 3/8" center section with 3/16" wings and bracing. Recessed soft shackle recovery pockets and recessed fairlead. This one will get a Red Winches Explorer 2 winch when they arrive from the UK.

Awesome—any plans for production of this bumper?

Yes I will. I have all the "pieces" in CAD now and just need to puzzle it all together and get the bend profiles dialed in. I'm hoping for a 30 day release on this one.

Thanks A,

I just wanted something different...... Most don't like my personal builds. But, this one just grew on me. It's been a bit since I kept smiling at a bumper after I finished it. I got the center section knocked out quickly, but the the first 3 wings attempts were dumped. They were all too high. I wanted a little more underneath protection on this design and hate seeing the washer bottle, etc. showing below the bumper. It kinda ruins the whole "high clearance" aspect of the concept.

Yes, this has the 1" body lift and will more than likely offer both a standard and 1" mod for this design. Same will happen for the rear.

It will get a lpw profile bullbar as well. THat is what I've always liked.

@TRAIL TAILOR ... You should consider doing this for a living. You're pretty good at this.
