Horn button looks like a good value. Hope someone here gets it. I've already got a boxful.:grinpimp:

Wow....he's got the switches I've always dreamed of....NOT!!!! At $59 for one, he can keep them!

......not even better pictures will get the seller $59 for those!

Too lengthy of a description too! Hell, it's a switch.....thats it....it turns something on or off.....nothing super-special about it....but hell, they're guaranteed for 33 days!

Guess it just bugs me that these lil' bits can get so damn spendy because of eBay auctions. Not to say I haven't made money on eBay....but it's a damn switch....lets get realistic here!

He must be out of his mind!

Q: Good morning, My intent is not to insult you but if you don't sell this switch at your asking price, my offer is $20.00. Thank you, Tom McC...more Nov-30-07
A: THANKS FOR THE EXPLANANTION, BUT SINCE THERE ARE NO OTHER SWITCHES LIKE MINE, I MUST STAY FIRM ON THE PRICE. I AM WILLING TO GUARANTEE THIS FOR 33 DAYS,...more

what an asshat :D

Guess switches of his caliber don't exist anymore :) LOL!!!!!!! Hey, I've got a switch like his......does the fact that I've got one too lessen his items' value? Pimp, you have one or 2 of those don't you? We should all forward him pictures of our switches.....because " SINCE THERE ARE NO OTHER SWITCHES LIKE MINE...." What a dorkass!

I felt I was being more than generous offering him the $20.
At any rate I'm still needing a good light switch but not at $60.
Anybody??
Thanks,
Tom

Would there be any interest if I reproduced just the knobs. That way you could put them on any pole switch and retain the stock look?

His parts must be made of gold at that price!! I could probably find all he has listed for under $100 total!!

I like this one.:grinpimp:

Was the original finish on the knob satin-like Mark? Just wondering, fixing them up is one of those rewarding little projects you can do if you can only steal away a couple hours or so. I've done them both glossy and satin, they both look good.

Jim, it is very, very shiny. My camera just sucks sometimes.

Wes, the way we did them on my swb and lwb was I borrowed a friends buffing wheel, buffed the old knobs as smooth and shiny as they would get. Note: I did not clean off the buffing residue from the surface.

Then my wife used the eyelet end of a needle to clean out the lettering grooves, painted the letters with a small brush which partially overran the indents. She simply wiped the knobs off afterwards, and when the paint dried, I finished cleaning off the face of the knobs.

The finished product is pictured on the service link of my website.
