Barry needs to jump on it..

Barry just bought a house, moved, bought an old MB greasecar and is wondering how he's going to pay for it all. But thanks.

Actually I am planning to wait a while, fix and sell the pickup then start looking for a converted diesel 4runner.

Call me be before you pull the trigger on a diesel 4 runner....I will give you the ins and outs I had to learn over the 18 months owning mine..

torq spec question

Since we just moved and I don't remember which box I packed my shop manual in I was wondering if one of you knows or could look up the torq specs for the bleeder screw and mounting bolts on the clutch slave and master cylinders for my 1984 pickup.

Thanks and come by to my new indoor garage for a beer.

That is MMMMMMAAAAAAYYYYYBBBBBEEEEE a $3K 4Runner. 46K on a REBUILT motor. How much is on the actual 4Runner? I would definitely pass. It's straight, but that's about all I can say for it.

I am looking for a proportioning valve for my neighbors' 1986 SR5 pickup. any body know where I can find a good one?
Eliminate it and roll on.

If he MUST have one, I will ship the one off my parts 4Runner. Just need an address and shipping money. No guarantee it's good, and I have no way to check it.

Can't entirely remember. I know there is a "T" fitting on the passenger front frame rails that has to be made into a union or straight through fitting. Some brake line work is really all it takes to eliminate it from the system.

Yeap I just put an old bleeder valve on that T on the 94 runner and took the rest of the crap off by the axle

Damn!
