Happy to report All mods performed great. Discovered what 257,000 miles and a good 4hr trail ride does to CV shafts. Luckily O'Reillys had 2, sorry no pics but it did go pretty smooth after barrowing a few key tools in camp! Had it back on the trail within a 2hrs.
What is the best replacement leaf spring bushings for mini trucks with the 18mm bolts? Tried the TG brand and they did not last long.
I would try Old Man Emu. They make really high quality stuff.

John - your rig flexes its ass off. I can't imagine any bushings lasting very long. Buy them cheap and replace them once every year or so.

If they are wearing early due to lots of flex you should try to find rubber rather than poly. They will last longer at least

The original set from when we SAS lasted several years, the last set only held up to a few rides. So I was hoping I just got a bad set and someone has had success with a better brand.
