New ccot channel with new holes done...seems quite identical to old one ...don’t understand why i have to install 10 mm shims

The part the tire bolts to? Yes, in 1964 and in 1965 too. But by at least 1972, they were pewter (shown).

Still don’t understand why the low hinge don’t fit.. .doors are original and seems there is a 5 mm difference betwwen 64 and others....
