Its just 1/2" fuel line, run of the mill NAPA/Autozone flavor.
Such beasties are usually rated to ~250F @ 35psi. I suspect I exceed this at times, but its not like the hose disintegrates as soon as you hit 251F - since I'm nowhere close to the 35psi rating I think I'm fine.
I went out and put my hand on it a few times after big pulls, seems fine.
Oil drain hoses aren't that critical. I even used heater hose in a pinch once. It lasted for years but it went all soft and gooey and awful.
The main thing is that they're big enough. Because turbos leak air and exhaust past the seals and down the drain tube into the engine crankcase.

Ask and you shall receive! Obviously "mega cheap" is a relative term - I could have cut a lot of corners that I decided not to in favor of a "clean"er install. Some of the parts I chose were poorly priced because I needed to get things quickly. Sooo when you read this be aware that you could probably pull it off for 2/3 the cost:
Plus the turbo, which you could save $$ by finding in a junkyard:
So the grand total for my build as shown was $550.

Heh, yeah we're trying to find the new more efficient way to Stanford in the mornings, we were trying 101 to University...
... so that will probably be the last time you see me take THAT route, haha, epic fail.

And that's the exact line I'm searching for.
I have a GT35 el cheapo Chinese knock off going onto my 80. The centre section on mine looks to be identical to yours - I think it's a TB34??? If so, the oil drain flange bolts are standard M10.

Don't you think he should now turbo MY cruiser? I see this "ask and you shall receive" line in here... ask him to turbo my 73! I have to go sooooo slooooow up these hills and here he has this creative and (affordable?) design.

I haven't fooled with the settings at all, it works too damn well as-is!
1050F preturbo on the steepest of the steeps and about 7.5psi. I haven't touched the fuel because my goal was just to get up my hill without slowing to 25mph or boiling the coolant... and I've gotten that and more; it feels blazing fast now and the sound is phenomenal.
I have about 700 miles or so on the setup, zero problems.
Boost comes on (that is, the boost gauge needle just lifts off the peg) at around 1700-1800 rpm. I can't recall exact when I reach full boost, but I think its around 2500. Its kinda funny, if I'm over 2500 rpm I can hold speed or accelerate up just about any hill, but in the 1800-2500 region sometimes I still don't have enough power to accelerate - if I'm climbing the mountain to my house some care is required with my shifts to ensure I stay in the powerband. I suspect a better exhaust than the stock system would help with this, but I'm OK for now.
I plan to bring the boost up a bit to 9 or 10 psi.
