We had our day in court today, and the judge bravely kicked the can down the road to a grand jury without dealing with the issue of the 12 dogs seized.

That means we could be in a holding pattern of up to a year or more.

What a coward.

Been gone for a couple of weeks working in northern Minnesota up on the Boundary Waters. Yesterday, my wife sends me this picture. WTF.

The county where Argos was rescued does not have an animal control. When we pointed out to the DA and judge that if they don't act immediately on the 12 dogs, we would drop them off at their houses and never assist in legal seizures again, they saw the light.

We now legally possess this good boy.

Ely is beautiful. Unfortunately we didn’t get much of a chance to enjoy it. I will definitely go back.
