Dobinsons Suspension: Any thoughts?

I've regretted my OME suspension buy from day one. I am going to replace the whole deal soon. East Coast or SE USA dealer?
Care to elaborate why?

Its documented here in a thread if you search. Basically the truck is not level - it is stink-bugged and never settled out (even after a year) after having to replace the first set of rear springs sent which were even worse.

I normally don't hear about people regretting the OME suspension on these trucks. Maybe you got the wrong combo of parts?

Depends where you are in the Southeast. ACC in Atlanta or Southeast Overland in Clemson SC, and there are many down here in FL. Our dealer network isn't very big yet, but any shop you regularly deal with could get you our suspension and install it for you I'm sure.

Don't really want to go off-topic and re-hash my OME Dakar debacle. Let's just say they don't work for me, and I'm stuck with them.

I have access to a great shop and do my own work so I just need the parts. Was looking at other brands for a replacement and want to get the best.

Glad this thread came up because I had been wondering if anyone had a Dobinsons setup on their 60. Dobinsons suspension systems seem like one of the go to upgrades on our 70 series gun trucks here in the middle east. Never really knew much about them in the US, but I am definitely considering them for my own 60 in the future-thanks for the info.

The Dobinsons complete kit on my 60 ride decent but I hope they'll break in a bit more. I've had them on less than 1K miles. Its the HJ61 kit with the heavy shocks (GS59-637). I've very happy with the carrying capacity though. What used to completely bottom out the old stock suspension now works great. I've loaded it a few times with hundreds of pounds and never notices a droop, just a change for the better in ride quality. Here are couple pics of mine with the new yota wheels and Cooper ST in 255 85R16.

I've had the OME and the Dobinsons on 2 of my Landcruisers, no difference in terms of ride quality.
