I found a company on ebay selling replacement crossbars for the factory 200 rack, that are actually aluminum. I thought about adding a couple for when I have my RTT up there, but I never did. They may have roof rails also?

Tim @nakman usually has some stockers laying around. Not sure if he'd ship them, but you can ask!

This company sells crossbars designed to work with the factory rails. They have a kit for the LC and LX, not sure what the difference is

I have a set of LC rails from my 2016 with five or six crossbars in the garage. Shipping would probably make it cost prohibitive if you are not in driving distance of Vermont.

Can someone tell me if the 2016+ OEM LC roof rack has a fixed front crossbar, or are both LC factory roof rack crossbars adjustable? Thanks!

My 21 can be adjusted.

I have been very happy with my after market rack by Westcott Designs. They 2 versions, I choose the one fit uses the existing OE rails.

Brought home 2 slabs of 8/4 hard maple live edge today, about 12' long. Probably almost 400 lbs total. Building a bar counter for our new kitchen. No way a factory rack would tolerate that.

I am running a combination - OEM rails with Thule crossbars. It makes everything taller, but I have a low Thule cargo box. Easy to install, locks/unlocks easily, easy to remove. Took a hit on mpg like many say but 80 mph speed limits in Texas/Montana also do that.

I wanted to get an ARB base rack until I looked into getting one to AK and the shipping nearly double the price, not to mention being a 2018 LX 570 I'd have to spend a day dropping the headliner to remove the factory mini bars and install the hidden rivnuts. All I really needed is a pair of cross bars for carrying a canoe or building materials and I already had a pair of the old style rectangular Thule bars. Turned out finding the adapters was not so easy, but a bike shop in Mass. may have had the last set in the country and I was in business. So far they are working great minus some wind noise. I'll fab up a deflector one of these days. I can also mount a rack to the bars if needed.
