What width is that light bar?

It's considered a 30" because that's the light/lens surface width. The actual outside length is 31 1/2 for the housing and 32 1/4 where the mounting is located!
That means depending where you want to mount your you'll have to consider the available space + the light dimensions! Mine is there temporarily because it won't fit with the bumper guard in place. I didn't buy it for the bumper anyways!

I figured it was around 30". I'm fabbing up my own stinger/bumper guard for my BenC bumper and your 30" one seemed too big for me. I went ahead and ordered a 20" light. Seems to be the perfect fit for what I'm doing.

M14 x 40mm?

Can anyone confirm the size & length of these bolts in order to remove the hook? TIA

Look what present the UPS fairy left for me today. For anybody wondering, it was very methodically packaged and secured. Thanks Ben.

It's off for powder coat tomorrow.

Got to really test out the bumper tonight! Went out to the snow and ended pulling out a 4Runner strapped to a full size blazer.
The 4Runner was trying to pull the blazer and he ended up getting stuck, we then hooked my winch to his while the blazer was strapped to the 4Runner and I pulled both up the hill with his winch pulling against mine. The whole time I was watching the bull bar and the bumper never moved the slightest bit!
I know a few guys were skeptical for some reason that the bumper would not hold up, this was about as hard of a pull anyone would ever put on a bumper and there were no issues. I wish it wasn't dark so I could get some video but you'll just have to take my word.

For those of you placing future orders, I will now need to be paid in full upon order. I did the deposit thing to get my name out there but now will need full payment up front. Iv had a few guys now that have placed orders and I built the bumper and have never heard from them again.
Also as of now I am 10-12 weeks out.
Thanks for all the orders!

Yes they are. I do not have a web site yet so to order you can pm me or email. Bencalhoon86@gmail.com.

You can always use ebay or etsy to at least have a place for folks to go for ordering. I used both for a year before I was able to get my personal website up and running. Those are good starting points. Etsy is a lot more flexible on how you allow people to order and how you stock items.

I'm guessing you will be the only guy selling bumpers on Etsy. Maybe a good place to get folks just browsing for vintage placemats and hook them on a bumper.

Maybe bumpers, but I got a great 3D-printed custom cup holder on etsy for our ranch truck -a 3rd gen T4R. Brad does great work (username on etsy in the attached pic) and has a number of products for cruisers. Point is, don't discount any outlet as a way for an individual to get product to market.

98% of the time I am sarcastic most of the time. I know these guys and I actually bought my cup holder from Brad too[emoji6]

I'm new so I don't know everyone. I have proposed italics as the official sarcastic font like CAPS is the official angry font on other boards. Maybe this should be a movement. #italics=sarcasm

Yeah, I like that. I like that a lot.

Ok. Now back on subject. The dissent bumper weight has been extensively discussed in this thread, and I like the idea of the lighter weight and design with the stinger. What I've tried to find is a weight on the slee blueberry bumper, but haven't had any luck. Anyone know the weight of the slee? Im trying to sell myself on the lighter weight of the dissent, and using that as a selling point (i know it's part of the modular design, I'm just having trouble getting past the look of the exposed bolts/nuts)

The bolts could be painted to match and would almost disappear. I'm not sure of the blueberry weight but if I had to guess its somewhere around 115-130lbs.

To me, the bolts are less noticeable than the missing top of the bumper where the winch goes. [emoji4]

I don't have anything useful on the Blueberry weight but, can weigh in on the exposed hardware thing... I mentioned this to ACC Garage - the guys doing the powder coating and installation for me - and Brian said "already on it" and later sent this pic...

Brian powder coated the hardware while he was coating the brackets and fair lead, in satin black.

The bolt heads aren't invisible, but blend to the point of being pretty subtle.
