Thanks chad!!! Much appreciated! Don't think I could have done it better my self:)

Thanks Chad. Hope I don't get steps 6 and 12 reversed.

Awesome. Thanks for doing that. Now we just need the DIY step by step. Maybe that will be my job.

That thing looks MEAN from the front, I love it! Great job on the install and write-up, Chad. I didn't purchase one of these beauties as I had already ordered a BIOR about 2 months before this offer started but I have been following this thread from the beginning and this is by far the best looking bumper for the 100. Now on to more important things....what color powdercoat are you considering?:hmm:

I saw an LX in the instructions. Is there a picture mounted? I know there was some talk a while back about a LX specific design, but this looks very adjustable. I'm pretty excited about this bumper, esp the possibility of adding tube wings later. Anyone wheeled a Benc bumper yet?

Also really like the latest caps, very well designed and clean look.

Ben...I KNOW it's in here somewhere but I don't want to go through 47 pages to find it.

You mind confirming what size light bar will fit under the small stinger, and exactly what flush mount LED you were using?

Also, need to confirm the below winch will fit. Believe it's what you used, but the version with synthetic rope, aluminum fairlead, etc:

20" dual row
I'm using the smittybilt x20 and that will fit with the control box on the winch. Any other no integrated 8000-12000k will fit but you may have to mount the control box remotely.

Sorry, edited my reply, see above. I'm going to use the X20 comp, which is essentially the same.

You have any details on which flush mount LED you used?

For turn signals, the flush mounts would work great. But, for any "projection" light (spot, flood, etc.) would it work better to sink them in the bumper, so they can shoot forward? I could see the upside of the outward angle on the trail... but might look funny on the street - with the beams headed off to the sides

Demello had (has) an option to do that - basically welded a tube on the backside for a light...

Very nice. On the LX, Are yall integrating the turn signal to the corner lamp or using the cube lights?

I'm pretty sure that @Red Sox Cruiser is doing something like that as we speak... I will leave it up to him to talk about it once it is done. Personally, I like having them pointed outward. I am more worried about deer than fog or looking funny.

I converted my corner lights to be my turn signals, but you have a few options.

Hmmm... the angle is pretty subtle too... pointing out at that angle might - as you said - be a win/win, for the trail and street.

If you only plan to run the small lights in the bumper I would say you want them straight, if you plan on running bigger lights on top of the bumper you will want them angled.

I will be doing this exact set up with the DIY benc bumper. I am actually going to 3D print the inserts so the "tube" will have all the mounting holes needed for whatever lights I buy. That may not make any sense, but once I get it all fabbed up I will take some pics.

Dissent... I like it.

What are folks doing for their fron license plate. I seem to recall this topic was brought up in the early days of this thread, but so far I haven't seen anyone with a front plate mounted up.
