Dissent offroad aluminum front bumper!

Good news!
Got the front finalized and ready for order.
Ended up doing a full redesign.
The new version has recessed winch failead, larger radius on all the bends for a softer look, all 1/4" construction, side wings are tucked in tighter to to fenders.
This is an extremely heavy duty bumper for aluminum compared to the current aluminum options and comes winch ready! No heavy steel winch plate needed to add the winch.
I have enough material for a run of ten and the price on the first ten is $1575 with or without light cutouts.
Taking orders on the first ten now.

Yes, however for now they will be steel.
If you are willing to wait they will bolt on at a later date and am planning on playing around with an all aluminum bull bar when things slow down a bit.
Otherwise the steel bull bar will fit.

Yes, it will be cheaper as well. No sand blast or primer required.
The aluminum actually takes powder extremely well, most powder manufacturers will only warrant if applied to aluminum.

It's getting real!
First production run of ten headed to the welding booth this week.
Crazy how much having the proper tools can speed things up!
Now that everything is done in house it was less than a week to go from prototype to production.

Really depends on how smooth it goes.
I'm not making any promises yet but it could potentially be sooner

Unfortunately the gx market has not been what I expected so currently my focus is elsewhere. Possibly in the future though.
