Could you get a local hydraulic line shop to make it or make it from AN line?

I encountered a similar road block, and was also dealing with a pickup tube that had rust pinholes. I cut the pickup tube short and used a compression fitting to connect it to another piece of steel fuel line that I bent to shape, adding a single flare at the end. I cut off the fitting on the stock fuel lines that run along the frame rail and flared that as well, and connected everything with rubber fuel injection hose and clamps. It's worked flawlessly for almost three years.

@cruisermatt's solution is much better, obviously, but this is another option if all else fails.

Since I have a good intact original fuel pump hanger I’m gonna go with the suggestion from @cruisermatt What happened after 3 years?

I was going to say, if your lines are still in good enough shape to actually be able to undo those connections, you're doing pretty well! I had to completely rebuild my sending unit on my 62 and braze new lines into it.
My rig I have right now is exceptionally rust free. Lived in the desert its whole life. The connections came apart pretty easy. The first fj62 I bought on the other hand was not so fortunate
