Got in ~40-miles and 3K-feet gain along the coast today. Checked out Windansea and climbed Soledad Mt. Nice 82F and 90% RH day in SD.

Friend of mine moved out there from Texas a few years ago. I still hear from him on days like today about how much better the weather is over there!

After being closed for about the last 4 months Northshore is open again here in DFW. (Not to be confused with THE North Shore in British Columbia )

First time on the bike since August 11th. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel as I was off the bike and spin bike while in vacation. Did my 8.25 mile loop and ripped it. Dang, fresh legs and lungs.

On vacation I did have 3 days of 11+ mile daily walks, so maybe that kept me in form.

Tuesday spin day, long ride Wednesday.
