Did you ride today? Hell, yeah, I did! First ride of the season! Haven’t been on the bike since last October. Six months! Fortunately, I have been on the spin bike 4x weekly.

Legs felt great, but first two or three minutes, was wondering why it was so hard to breathe. 😃

Once, past that, just spanked the ride.

I’ve had this Pivot Mach 429 for 9 years now. I keep it well maintained, and retune fork and suspension off season. It still rides like it’s brand new. Best bike I’ve ever ridden.

Dang. Great morning.

Also went out and got wet n wild today. Had to sneak a ride in before the next round of snow rolled in. Light rain/snow the whole ride but the trails soaked it up nicely and it wasn't too muddy. 10 miles with 2k on the ol monocog. Changed my gearing from 30x18 to 30x20 and really loving it.

We need to see a line up of your fleet. Nice Japhy! I’ve got one too.

Rode yesterday and will again today, decompress and find inspiration from the outdoors.

ISO the best power rated hydraulic brake system out there. The pads and rotors are new, they are Shimano XTRs but it’s not the same anymore when it was new so want to get your first hand experience with the brakes you currently have or tested. pfa

Trails are finally drying out. Got 3 rides in this week. Two mountain and 1 gravel.

Ya man that'd be rad! Are you riding lost and found?

Current plan to ride the 60 with Cam and Emily and his Quincy crew. But man. I am out of shape and working every weekend right now trying to get my engine conversion done and run a LC business short on staff.

I’m 50/50 whether I’ll be in a position to ride LnF. I’m 50/50 whether my rig will be done to get to NorCal in time for LnF. My real goal is Rubithon. But regardless, I’ll be in your neck of the woods for at least a 2-3 week period.

I’m still going to do a lot of riding. I’ll have my Falconer drop bar and my Revel full sus.

Right on, I'll def be around! I'm in North lake so you'll pass right by on the way from Quincy to the Rubicon 🤘

Got a two-fer in yesterday in between running errands. Been loving the rigid fork on the the Japhy now that I've put some miles on it. Totally fine not having suspension for the cross country and lots-o-climbing rides I like to do. 20 miles and +2100'
