Straight from the Body and Chassis grey book, they label these as Defroster Nozzles. I have looked under various names, I can find the solid dash deflector but not the two piece. Any guidance would be appreciated on where I possibly purchase these, thank you!

Damn, you're right. Thank you for helping my newbie ass out. Its a 78 FJ40, left hand American model. I need to recenter the windshield frame anyways, I was thinking of when I do that I can get better measurements, the roll cage right now makes it hard. I can fabricate those myself out of extra material at work, I was just hoping someone had lead on some. I saw a few on eBay used but they don't look like what's in pictures of other dash deflector vents. Not the best picture, its from over the top pointing down.

All the rusted 75+ FJ40s hard to believe some businesses that part 40 series wouldn't have them. Believe defrost vents were on all windshields from some time in 1962. Heater or non heater models had defrost vents. 1/75 on they didn't change. Hard to believe had to get them out of Australia.
