Made some progress today.

Top picture is the view of all 3 cab mounts looking past the rear mount all the way forward to the front mount on the passenger side. I'm still undecided on installing the new center one. FJ40's have them but FJ 45's do not. I cannot talk myself out of installing one on both sides.

The radius I put in the crossmember for the T-case shifter worked out pretty good.

yeah, add in a cross section where ever it seems appropriate. I will need to do the same when I get back to my 45 so show me how its done

That is my plan.

I'm going to get my Lokar shifter and get it mounted before I cut up the tranny tunnel too much.

I'm a huge fan of your builds. Some day I'll have a 45. For now its a few 40's 55's and 60's. anyway we just pulled a 6.5 from a 93 pick up to go in 40 with 80 axles and suspension. The truck was 6.5 and 4l80e but we switched to nv4500 so we have an unused computer and harness still sitting in donor truck in the yard. It's available.

I will get it today. I will be swapping injector pumps on the cummins in the FJ40.5 so I will be out in the shed for awhile. I can invision using my "Pondering Chair" a few times during that project. My Pondering Chair happens to be leaning against the sand blast cabinet between the frame horn and the drill press . D'oh!

AA makes a great kit for a twin stick.

Good choice with the double bend.

After Butch's comments, I took another look at the bracket and made a new one.

It will get Twin Sticks. I figured it was easier to make the factory one work. The Twin Stick should be a direct bolt on

It looks like the 4L80e doesn't have the servo plate the AA twin stick bolts too. Yours is a very nice solution.
