got all the press work done and removed the viscous coupler. anyone worried about the press work involved shouldnt be. i was afraid it would cause problems or i would mess something up but everything pressed apart and back together very easily.

anyone need a nice paper weight? lol

finally got some harnesses for the ol lx. really needed to purchase these a long time ago lol.
got these Pro Armor ones from a local guy that just started selling them.

got the drivers side mounted yesterday, not much to it.
this is the 2" version and very comfortable. i think the 3" would have been a little wide for everyday wheeling.

started some more cutting. wanting to clearance more body to get some of my up travel back in the rear. had to put huge bump stops in to clear the 42's and lost a lot of up travel.

Took a spin on the road with bombproof driveshaft and it is smoooth as silk! I'm surprised!

nice! thats good to hear. i know mine isnt perfectly straight but even running 45-50mph for a short distance it didnt have any vibes. really not that difficult to do either.

got the driver side chopped today. really wanted to cut more on both sides but the factory seat belts are in the way. just need to finish up the gas filler and get it mounted and then cut the bump stops down a couple inches.

lol. i figure, since the body is already gutted and im not gonna hurt the resale value at this point, might as well get some of it out of the way.
my ultimate goal is to stretch the rear a couple more inches and end up with coilovers all the way around. im kinda waiting to see if the nwf blackbox goes anywhere first so im only redoing the drive shaft and link setup once.

ive talked myself out of it for a long time but this thing will prob have 6 liter in it in a few years.
