Same here. The only one we found was a '97 w/ 84k miles. They were asking $22k!

If that '91 is in descent shape, it would make a great "starter rig". Under $7k seems like a great price.

I haggled a small car lot in Santa Ana for mine for over a month. They were asking $19,200 (Blue Book) back in 11/05. Mine was pretty ripe with only 84K, but $19,200:eek: Once I let them know that I knew they had it on their lot for 7 or 8 months and I showed them a check (for much less than they were asking;)) with their name on it, they bit.

The problem with my black one is that I got such a GREAT deal on my white one back in 8/05 that when we started looking for a second one (with lockers) we could not come withing thousands of the deal we first got. Finally I just had to pay up to get what I wanted.

Best decision I ever made,
Smit

For mine the price reduced without me even haggling. I asked if he could go down in the price at all and he said I am pretty firm at 11.3 and I had the add with 11.8 so $500 more in my pocket worked fro me! Well actually it went back into removing the radiator and re-building the fan clutch the following month.

Same here on the price. I paid $14 k for mine but it was the exact color combo I wanted, no burlwood dash, lockers and was in tits shape with fairly low miles. I look at it as an investment since I will never sell it.

I was actually looking for a 84-85 Mini truck not a LC thinking it was still out of my budget. It wasnt until I saw pictures of them at CCOT and got hooked. Paid a hair over 8K at a Toyota Dealer in '05- pretty much used the mileage, dent and parking scratches, maintenance issues as bargaining tools.

Lots of turn key built up Cruisers for sale now.

What's on your mind? :censor: :ban: :flipoff2:

Sorry, it was in immaculate well preserved condition by an owner who clearly appreciated this fine motor vehicle. :flipoff2:I still have tits on the brain though. :flipoff2::flipoff2:
