Hey all, One of those projects that has been in the back of our mind for a bit. Would there be interest in an adapter to mount to the stock 60 series radiators to utilize the OEM Toyota Drain valves with the hose attachment? I hated that messy plastic plug on the radiator last time I drained the coolant.
We just wrapped up a run of our 40 drain valves so this is fresh on my mind.
100%. Id buy one.

Abso-fawkin-lutely.

It's been a while since I've messed with my radiator (CSF so may not be identical drain-wise to OEM), but is the bung for the drain fitting big enough to drill out and tap for the Toyota drain valve?

We added some Koito tail light bulbs and dash bulbs to the store! Not everyone is a fan of LEDs and they often don't last as long anyways. ;)

New Viton rubber gaskets for FJ60 and FJ62 sender units available. :) Super tough rubber seal that tolerates a wide range of chemicals, importantly newer ethanol blended gasoline.

Super handy and quick parts reference guide now available! Freshly scanned and ready for download. Cheers all!
That page of reference files is such a huge resource for the community. I know I have shared a link with with a lot of folks new to 60 series. So great of you to put that together and maintain it. Just wanted to say thanks!

Thank you for the kind words! It means a lot. It's been a really cool project and I am excited that its always growing/evolving. Its always fun when I find and scan a new document that hasn't been shared before, or someone donates/loans material.
I try to keep that particular page simple for easy scrolling and loading, but if people have suggestions to make it better I am always listening.

A torrent file for it all or each generation would be an easy way to package things up and save your webserver some download bandwidth. I know I'd seed it though not sure if torrenting is in the wheelhouse of most users.

New hats we just had made up. Soft cotton twill material, with a clean felt patch. An unstructured front makes it one of the most comfortable hats I’ve worn.

Available in Navy, Sky Blue and Pollux Orange.

For all the 60 owners out there who haven’t replaced the fusible link yet. This is for you. Toyota discontinued the FJ60 Fusible link a year or so ago. They never offered a rebuild kit for these but they are serviceable. If the original connectors are still good we now have a simple rebuild kit for those that are inclined to rebuild their OE Fusible Link. All parts are sourced from Yakazi and Sumitomo and match the original specifications.

Please let me know when you have completed the FJ62 version as I want to be the first customer for that version!
Thank you!

Freshly scanned and uploaded 1985 and 1986 JDM body repair manuals! Big thank you to @Bad Mojo for all his generosity and community spirit. We really appreciate it.
These are available for free download on our website in the general tech section of the FSM page.
