In the five months since Jan Morgan banned Muslims from her gun range in Hot Springs, Ark., business has boomed and predictions of a lawsuit brought by federal civil rights enforcers have so far proved inaccurate.
Morgan, who claims keeping Muslims out of her Gun Cave Indoor Firing Range is a matter of public safety and not a constitutional issue, says she made the decision in September after two customers she deemed suspicious visited. She said their furtive behavior and cellphone ringtones of “Allahu Akhbar” prompted her to revise her range’s policies.
“We are dealing in lethal firearms,” Morgan told FoxNews.com. “I’m not going to let a Nazi shoot in here, or a Ku Klux Klan member in here, either.”

Crazy cheap. Got double plus some in my 556. There's Prob some quality difference but still...for that price as long as it shoots u can't go very wrong.
PTAC is lower end line for PSA. They make better one for about $150 more. CHF barrel made by FN for example. Could you real well by buying a cosmetic blem lower and upper.

Looks like the only part missing is the lower. They have blem lowers for $49 shipped. Lower is only part that must be transferred through an FFL.
I would look around and see if they have complete lowers and uppers available if you don't want to mess with building one.
It's like putting together legos. I have most of the specialized tools you'd need if you went this route.

Ok, I just heard on a conservative radio talk show that The ATF was trying to "fast track" outlawing 5.56 ammo for public use. You gun guys got any info on this? Don't have an AR that is 5.56 but that is some BS if you ask me!
No rumor, but not all 5.56 ammo either. They are basically removing a 3 decades old "sporting exemption" from 62 gr ammo with a steel penetrator tip "to save cop lifes" because it can be fired from a "pistol". I could count on zero fingers the number of LEO that have lost their lives to XM855 fired from a pistol length barrel, but don't let facts get in the way of the anti-gun agenda. So, XM855/SS109 is being banned. ATF is taking comments on the subject right now.
