Coolant question (1 Viewer)

You can loosen one of your temperature sending units. They're on the 2F head, next to the carburetor. Should have a single wire hooked up. Loosen the sending unit, enough to allow the air to escape. A little bit of coolant might bubble out, and thats ok. I've burped my 2F a few times this way.
 
Thanks to so many replies, I think I found the issue. There was too much antifreeze in it. The radiator was full and the expansion tank was full…way past the FULL line.
In the pic, the line that runs towards the left is the one that hangs free under the tank and where the antifreeze has been coming out of.

You should double check your overflow tank cap to ensure the hose connected to the radiator neck dips down to the bottom of the tank, and the other hose is connected to the vent at the top of the tank.


Also, it appears you have a valve on your heater return line. Do you know it's open, or not plugged?
