This looks and feels like coolant. Could it be? From behind the rear tire?

2021, 67k. I don't yet know the systems on this truck like i did on previous land cruisers

Yep. Heater lines run under the truck into the rear climate control unit and one of those must be leaking. I'd be shocked to see leaks from a 21 with so little mileage, but I do also see corrosion in one of your pictures.

Get under the rear and start looking for leaks from the aluminum and rubber pipes about the same diameter as the heater hoses going into the firewall on the passenger side of the engine bay.
 
Do you park outside? I’ve had rodent or chipmunk damage to wiper fluid lines from chewing.
 
About a hundred videos on "just rolled in" With plastic jugs leaking odd things from rear storage area.

It's a win when you find it yourself🤗
